The Dial of Destiny

The dial of destiny is ticking, 

And I'm in a vain hurry,

I don't know where this road is taking me,

I don't know what's there at the end.

I'm drifting across the time plane,

Anxious and in haste,

Searching for a purpose,

Yearning for completeness,

Though I don't yet know what completeness is!
