A Verdant Dream
Yesterday night I saw a pellucid dream Of a place I have never dreamt of Vales, woods, savannahs and stream All welcomed me with a gaiety laugh Chirping birds, water dashes and light showers Poured honey into my ears Verdant woods and all-hued flowers Filled my eyes with joyful tears Bees, butterflies and birds beckoned me To ingest the nature’s bounty Trees were bathed in the vernal showers with exhilarating glee Bulbuls were on their hasty flight to an another county In that mystic dream I couldn't separate myself from the nature I felt like I had roots that connect all Just then I realized nature’s stature It embraces everything to become a connected whole
